By using FamilyTask, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Premium and AI Family plans are billed monthly or yearly via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Refund requests are subject to our refund policy.
New users receive a 5-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a subscription is required for premium features. Only one free trial per household.
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on referred subscriptions for the first year. Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable. If a referred user cancels or requests a refund within 30 days of subscribing, the commission is reversed.
Commission is paid on a month-to-month basis only while the referred user maintains an active subscription. Affiliates must reach the minimum payout threshold before requesting payment.
Affiliate referral cookies are valid for 60 days from the initial click. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, spam, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts and void all commissions for any violation. One referral per household is permitted.
If a referred user requests a refund or initiates a chargeback within 30 days of subscribing, any associated affiliate commission will be reversed. After the 30-day holding period, commissions are considered earned and will not be reversed.
All data collected through FamilyTask, including task data, family configurations, usage patterns, and analytics, is the sole property of Facta Non Verba (Pty) Ltd, the parent company of FamilyTask. This data may be used to improve our services, develop new features, and for aggregated analytics.
FamilyTask is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
